Kelly my technician arrived at the property on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained the entire process to me and let me know what time to return back to the house. I had my doubts about the results I should expect to see because the property was a rental house and the carpets were filthy and the tile floors in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were disgusting and looked like they had never been cleaned. To my complete and udder surprise the results were far above my expectations!!!! ALL of the floors looked brand new! It took Kelly about 40 minutes longer than he estimated but he was thorough and because the carpets/tiles were filthy; he was more interested in the quality of work versus speed!!! Excellent Job Kelly. I definitely recommend this company and more importantly Kelly for any carpet or tile cleaning job!!! Can’t wait for you to do my home! Kelly You Rock!!! Thanks again!

Actual Google Review: Kelly is the BEST!!! My two little daughters said “He is so nice!” and that alone says a lot. He not only got the SLIME stains out of carpet, he was able to turn the water on to the house when it was already turned off by city, and in addition because he is just a nice guy….helped my husband move a desk into our truck when we were moving because he didn’t want a woman doing the hard work of lifting. Top notch customer service and a very kind, and traditional man who clearly works HARD and does it with a smile.
